Title: Urgent: Noise Disturbance Concerns - Impacting Living Experience

I want to draw attention to a concern I've been facing at Amberjack Estates, which has impacted my overall living experience.
Unfortunately, there's been persistent noise disturbance from my next-door neighbor, specifically due to their loud TV from 10 pm to 3 am. This disrupts the peace in both my master bedroom and living room. Despite polite requests, the issue persists, affecting my family's mental well-being and, more importantly, our ability to get a good night's sleep.
I trust the management's commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
Excellent zone and quite I very happy to be part of the community
I would give zero stars if I could. The complex and Greystar they are managed by are shady. They charged us fees for a trashcan we never had, clean up fees for a spotless apartment, etc. We reached out numerous times about the $318.02 charge to dispute with the company and did not get a response. Additionally we had a Jetty bond, which is like insurance and it's required to move in (that or a security deposit). It covers $500. I sent this to them to cover the chumped up charges, and they didn't even use it. I found out to day they sent the account into collections. What is the purpose of requiring insurance to cover anything if it's not going to be used? We've been given the run around for 6 months with this company and I am over it. The collections charge will be disputed. I don't recommend anyone move here.

They belittle you
I applied with my husband for a Jasmine floor plan
My application comes back as a fraud alert which is ridiculous I asked them why they said something about my social and my current address coming back as a hotel or motel address mind you my husband and I have the same address on the application his address came back ok the foolery
They had me come in the office to fill another application on paper I went on a Monday Tiffany told me they will put it and let me know
I waited till Wednesday heard nothing back so I called Tiffany proceeds to tell me my application wasn’t submitted yet but she has 8 applications that was received from Monday to the day I was calling and she can’t skip others and do mine totally understandable I wasn’t asking her to do that I just needed to know the verdict cause I have a newborn and need to plan ahead
I asked for a timeline to hear back she said she can’t give me a timeline cause she is doing it all by herself I said ok thank you I hung up not even an hour later I get a call that they ran it and it’s the same fraud alert which makes no sense
And she will transfer me to Andrea the manager
Andrea says we will deny your application because your paystub you uploaded doesn’t add up and also they can’t verify my employment (mind you the paystubs came directly from my HR I couldn’t go into workday to download it cause I was on maternity leave) which I explained to Andrea she asked me to send proof of me being on maternity leave which has absolutely nothing to do with me renting an apartment !!!!! Nothing !!!!
Also I said aside my paystub my husband by himself makes 3 times the rent and she also said his paystub doesn’t look real I said why she said by just looking at it and I asked her is her trying to imply we provided fake paystubs she said it just doesn’t look real and we need to send W2 and also my proof of being on maternity leave
I felt insulted cause who gives fake paystubs??!
At this point I should have just pulled out
After I sent w2’s tax return transcript wmd proof of maternity they send me I was approved and would need to make a deposit of 1800 instead of the standard 250 for a 2 bed 2 bath and also a different floor plan and this is because they think I don’t have a job
My direct manager at works email was on my application mind what stopped them from sending an email?
Also my husband called to ask how they deemed our paystubs not real they said by just looking at it
Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else
Also with this floor plan discrepancy I asked Andra in an email why the floor plan they “approved” me for after saying I was denied was different from what I applied for she didn’t respond
What I really think happened her is they sold us a floor plan that’s not available and trying to cover it up with all this sham.
I am proud of being part of the Amberjack Estates Community! The community has such a cozy feel to it, I love calling this place home. The neighbors are friendly and the staff/maintenance team go above and beyond to make anyone feel welcomed!

His professionalism and customer service was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The office staff and maintenance team are top tier. I have lived a lot of places and AmberJack Estates has been the best. I tell everyone I know how attentive, caring, and prompt this property is.
Stopped by the leasing office on 09-22 in the afternoon. Terrible customer service from the leasing agent.
